In general, it can take an average of 6 months to develop a complete social management system. How long it will actually take will depend on a lot of factors, most especially your compliance to the requirements regarding child labor, forced labor, health and safety, freedom of association and right to collective bargaining, discrimination,
disciplinary practices, working hours, remuneration and management systems.
